&lt;p&gt;Boca and Inter have been in negotiations for sometime about the striker and it appears he could be finally set to move to Porto Alegre within the next few days as Palacio's injury does not require an operation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'd like to get an opinion from someone in Argentina about Noir.&lt;/p&gt;
