But still, Cristiano's on the point of signing. Not July 7th as promised but we can't be right all the time, can we? Oh hell's bells, now Ferguson says he's staying in Manchester. Hmmm...just a ruse to get more money. Probably. Let's wait for the next transfer window. The culebron goes on...

If only Monthy Pythons had met Tontomás Roncero and Roberto "Chespirito" Gomez in the early 80´s... They're both the worst sort of a clown, the ones who don't know what they are, and pretend to be serious and respected. Always speaking (I mean, hammering) about the same team, the same players, the same stupidities.

Is this part of a brilliant english&italian football to desolate spanish football?

What's so bad about Laporta? I saw that behind the scenes documentary on Barca and he seemed a hell of a lot more personable than most of the slimebags sloping about our boardrooms.

How may of them would survive an election? Or get a single vote even?

The situation in Valencia is more than surreal. Last year they started cutting their own throats after a few matches. This season it's,er, well, pre-season. And Levante players and staff still haven't been paid. Still, normal goings-on in Valencian footballing life. Valencia will probably go on to win la liga and Levante yo-yo themselves up again from the second division.
