I am a non-Brazilian, Internacional fan from UK.

I really enjoyed reading this preview to the game but not as much as I enjoyed the actual result which was 4-1 to Inter!

I think he went because it was away from the hype and pressure of Los Merengues. He will enjoy playing his football again. With a nice thick wallet helping him through any potential anguish.

7) There is little or no evidence that the new way will work.

8) The pain associated with changing is greater than the pain of remaining the same.

So that's why Robinho is Number 8!

the truth is that no one in Brasil can take it anymore from Dunga, we all pray to Dunga go home watch some tv and left the Selecao to a real coach, couse it is his first experience in this job. The biggest mistake was put him in this position, couse some beleves that his passion as player would be the same as coach, but it is not. he has afraid to risk and make the player go foword as a real Selecao Brasileira always been. Everybody in Brazil have contience that put him also in olympic team besides main team, is a strategy to take him out off the job in the case he doesnt got the gold. This job he is doing well. (sorry my bad english)

you're right about getting up early - it's been a pain - though i'll probably try for the 07:00 start on saturday for the following reason. Cameroon can do Brazil a big favour by knocking the South Americans out of the competition. in doing so they'd end Dunga's lamentable spell in charge.

If not properly treated Scolari could walk out? I'm sure Abramovich would think, bothered! A dozen (if not many more) managers could do his job, but owners as munificent as Abramovich, there exists only one. And if he walked Scolari would lose his money, a main motivation for taking the job as he's admitted.

Brazilian coaches haven't suceeded at the top in Europe which I'm sure will motivate him, but the Portuguese are pretty scathing about Scolari's tactics and methods (as was Mourinho) and if someone as clever and proud as Jose found himself outmanouvered by the Russian, what of the rather more traditional Brazilian?

i like Renato Gaúcho and the football his teams play but I’m never quite certain if he really believes the things he says or whether it’s all bravado.

Flu have a good record in the Maracanã but they will probably have to score more than twice as they've conceded at least one goal in eleven of their last twelve outings

Bullseye, it's indeed far from over, despite the two goals lead. But there's one important thing: for some unknown reason, the away goals rule doesn't apply in the finals - yes, only in the finals. The Conmebol masterminds... So if Flu beats LDU by two in Maracanã, we'll have extra time - and penalties if necessary. To take the title in the first 90 minutes, only with a three goal lead. That's not easy...
