    Now then!

In, ooh, about 10 days we'll be interviewing Stefan Effenberg, the elegant and pleasingly bonkers German who gave his own fans the one-finger salute at USA 94. Have you any questions for him?

If all goes to plan, he'll be answering them on camera, so you could gaze into his Teutonic eyes as he tells you what you want to know.

His Wikipedia page might flesh out a few details if, say, you're getting mixed up between him and Andreas Brehme.

    Cheers, Gary

How much did you enjoy your battles with Roy Keane? As a United fan Keane is someone i respected very much but i thought your battles with him were very even, and you often got the better of him.

What was going through your head when you showed the finger to your fans at USA '94?

    - Cal, Hull.

Cristiano Ronaldo was bowled over by his player of the year award.

Even though slow-motion replays showed that it clearly never touched him.

What prompted your decision to end your career in Qatar? Was it money or the lure of first-team football?

    AND...

You played for a whole host of clubs, but at which club did you enjoy your football the most?

    AND...

What was the proudest moment of your football career?

    Hi

     1. Do you regret not winning more caps for Germany after the incident at USA 94?

     2. Do you regret saying Steven Gerrard isn't world class before the Germany vs England game, he not only scored the game changing goal before half-time in the 5-1 win but also nutmegged Didi Hamann?

    3. Did you feel the 2001 champions league campaign was revenge for what happened in 1999.  How did the players react after the game with Manchester United? Was there the determination to go one better a few years later?
