    Subject: America and Australia

Does anyone think that countries like America and Australia will catch up to others such as England and France in a couple of decades time?

I think America will, I have my doubts about the Aussies though.

Cristiano Ronaldo was bowled over by his player of the year award.

Even though slow-motion replays showed that it clearly never touched him.

nope not everything is 4 sale like they think...

Back in the seventies they already tried to by bringing stars into the mls(who were retierd more or less)

like Pele,V Hangem,Cruijf ,Beckenbauer and Georgie Best,Than in the early 90's they tried to make these kind off

football-campus like universaties but still they didn't produce any top player or an average good player who plays in Europe

Again not everything is for sale and they obviously don;t have a Feeling with the game....

they prefer Amerivcan football,,baseball and Basketball

Feyenoord is not a matter of life or death,it is much more than that!

USA got to a world cup semi not so long ago who knows they are a continent after all its just that its not seen as a major sport it behind the "big four" in terms of popularity heck Nascar has a bigger followingin time maybe yes maybe no.

As for Australia I'd say they are further behind the USA despite the fact there are shed loads of Oz players over Europe feck even in the US but again footy is not a priority of there neither besides they cheated when they switched federations just to get sort of easy pickings but still look good playing against teams in general LAME!!!!!!!
