    Subject: Most memorable match

Instead of the most memorable match of all time I want the match that is most significantly memorable for you.

    Mine would either be

1.My first ever match aged 5 seeing England 2-1 Belgium, it was a great experience watching my first live game

    2. (What did you expect?) Hartlepool 6-1 Swansea what a match that was

What Hartlepool does today, the World did about 3 weeks ago.

    1. Manchester United 2-0 Internazionale. 3rd March 1999. What an atmosphere and what a performance.

    2. Manchester United 6-0 Newcastle United. Football truly is a game of two halves. 12th January 2008.

    3. Stockport County 2-7 Rochdale I have no connection with either side so as a neutral, went to be entertained. That's what I got with Stockport going down 4-0 before responding with 2 goals before conceding another 3 to end up losing 7-2.

What Manchester does today, the world does tomorrow.

Has to be the 1999 Champion's League Final. Manchester United 2 - 1 Bayern Munich.  First ever game I went to see in a pub, not a soul left until the final whistle, the most euthoric 5 minutes of my young life.

Cristiano Ronaldo was bowled over by his Ballon D'or...

Although slow-motion replays showed that it clearly never touched him.

Forget about that! One word and memories come flooding back, considered the greatest UCL final of all time - ISTANBUL! I don't reckon I have to explain.

Oh and the semi-final vs Chelsea was great, though we lost, and the quarter final vs Arsenal was a absolute thriller. Inter/AC Milan, Barca/Real games are great too.

    Feyenoord-PSV quarter final Uefacup 2002

    The year we won,

1-1 away and 0-1 behind ,I was at the stadium that night

and the scorebord stops at 90 mins you cant see the stoppage time on it and

than the header from van Hoodoynk .......

pfffffff the explosion in the stadium was massive

people ended up 5/6 rows before them....

At forehand i didn't expect much since it were 2 dutch clubs against each other in the uefacup...

Internationaly the final between Milan and Liverpool,3-0 milan at halftime i was shocked and dissapointed and thought well lets

get some cigarettes now at half time, the game is played anyhow!!!I still regret i was back home deep in the second half ..

Still in time to see how Steve G wrote his name as very big player in the football books that night(incredible play)

Feyenoord is not a matter of life or death,it is much more than that!

After years of watching Sunderland mine came just last weekend. We drew with Arsenal 1-1 and played fantastic and for the first time in a very long time i felt proud to be a sunderland supporter. I felt like we are finally going somewhere and i felt so proud of what my team was doing. It's not the best match i've ever been to but it is the one that has ment the most to me over the years.

    He likes flashy underwear Cisse,Cisse
He's got designer facial hair Cisse,Cisse
He scores a goal with half a chance
We'll never send him back to France
    Djibril Cisse Sunderland's Number 9

A few spring to mind, firstly travelling to Wembley on a school coach to watch England play Poland , was breath taking walking up the steps and seeing the pitch appear and i think England won 3 or 4 nil and im sure spurs had about 6 players in the squad if i remember correct.

Spurs at home to Derby and Gazza scoring 4 goals was a top night and even though not significant to many, meant alot to me at the time

    Campbell loves Barrymore.....
