    Should the UEFA Super Cup be scrapped?

     

    I think yes as it is pointless and a waste of time, money and space (few people care about it other than to get a trip to Monaco).

    But seriously Its just a political showpiece and counts for jack and disrupts League preperations etc

    It's the european charity shield, a glorified friendly with a tin cup at the end.  Even if United had won it I would have had to fake interest.

    Cristiano Ronaldo was bowled over by his player of the year award.

    Even though slow-motion replays showed that it clearly never touched him.
