terrible idea it is a bit of an inconvienience for the big leagues but what about the likes of croatia, bulgaria etc where the national legues are poorer standard and players get to play against some of the best players in the world and with their own best talent that has moved abroad if internationals were played in susummer it wud lessen the quality as more players would retire and use injuries to get out of playing for no money during their summer holidays....
