Bayern's Toni doubtful for Fiorentina reunion

BERLIN- Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni missed training on Sunday because of bruised ribs and is doubtful for Tuesday's Champions League clash with former club Fiorentina, Bayern said on their website.
"We'll take each day as it comes," coach Jurgen Klinsmann told the club's website. "We obviously hope he'll be able to play against his old club."
Italian striker Toni, who joined Bayern from Fiorentina last year, was forced out of Saturday's 1-0 win over Karlsruhe before half-time.
Bayern have four points from their first two games in Champions League Group F, a 1-0 win over Steaua Bucharest and a 1-1 draw with Olympique Lyon.
"Tuesday's game is a chance for us to put one foot into the quarter-finals," Klinsmann said.
