Cesar involved in car accident

MILAN - Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar was involved in a car accident on the way to training on Monday and was rested from the session, his club said in a statement.

No details were given about whether the Brazilian had been injured.

The Serie A leaders host Chelsea in their Champions League last-16 first leg on Wednesday.
