Chamakh: I'm not spitting on Sunderland

Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh says he would not rule out signing for Sunderland.
Recent speculation has named the Black Cats as potential suitors for the Moroccan front-man, who netted 13 times in Ligue 1 last season to help secure a first league crown in 10 years for les Girondins.
Both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also been tipped to land the forward - who has scored 15 goals for his country - in the past, with Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger suggesting they would only make a move for the player should Emmanuel Adebayor depart the Emirates Stadium.
But any hopes Sunderland had of landing the striker appeared dead and buried, after Bordeaux chief Jean-Louis Triaud laughed off links with the North East outfit, saying Chamakh is destined for far bigger and better things.
However, the 25-year-old has insisted that he would be open to a move to Steve Bruce's side.
"I want to make the right choice, I don't want to leave just to leave," Chamakh told Moroccan website mountakhab.net.
"That's why I'm taking my time. I'm not worried. I have concrete offers and it's up to me to make the right choice. It shouldn't take too long because the club will have to replace me if I leave.
"I understand the president, but it's not up to him to tell me where I should go. But it's nice of him to say I deserve a better club.
"Now I have my own desires. I always said that I wanted to discover the Premier League.
"I'm not spitting on Sunderland. That track is not at all discarded."
