Huntelaar stalling over Stuttgart switch

Real Madrid striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar’s move to Stuttgart is far from being a done deal, according to the player’s agent.
The 25-year-old front-man only joined the Spanish giants from Ajax in January, netting eight league goals in 20 appearances.
However, the Dutchman's future at the Bernabeu - along with several
of his fellow countrymen - has been cast into doubt following the
return of former president Florentino Perez, who has already splashed
more than €200 million on stellar signings including Kaka, Cristiano
Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
Huntelaar has been linked with a move to several Premier League
clubs, including Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, with the former's boss - Sir Alex Ferguson - ruling the Red Devils out of any further signings this summer on Monday.
Stuttgart have had a €20 million bid for the Holland international, who has scored 13 times in 23 caps, accepted.
But although the striker appears destined to leave Real during the close-season - with the forward having not travelled on the club's pre-season trip to Ireland - Huntelaar's agent, Arnold Oosterveer, insists the front-man is still some way from agreeing deal with Stuttgart, fuelling speculation that he is holding out for offers from England or Italy.
“The German club has reached an agreement with Real Madrid, but not with us," he told

“We have to talk, the player needs to evaluate not only the economic aspect, but also the sporting one.”
