Real hit with more ankle agony

MADRID - Real Madrid defender Christoph Metzelder and midfielder Guti have suffered ankle injuries in training.

Metzelder damaged his left ankle and will be out for seven to 10 days, the club said on their website on Tuesday.

He last played for Germany in the European Championship final in June 2008.

Guti hurt his right ankle and is doubtful for Saturday's la Liga match at home to Real Valladolid.
