Valladolid land Del Horno on loan

Reuters - Monday 01 February 2010, 15:12

MADRID - Real Valladolid have taken Valencia left back Asier del Horno on loan until the end of the season, the La Liga clubs said on Monday.

The 29-year-old former Spain and Chelsea defender could make his debut under Valladolid's new coach Onesimo Sanchez, away to Valencia in La Liga on Saturday.

Del Horno has been out of favour under Unai Emery at Valencia and has not made a league appearance this season.
