Brief reports of matches played in the Primera Liga on Sunday:

GETAFE 1 REAL BETIS 1

Manu del Moral broke free to put Getafe ahead after only four minutes and David Cortes had the chance to double the lead just before the break, but his penalty was saved.

Betis levelled when Nano scored with a header at a corner in the second half as it finished all square in Getafe coach Michael Laudrup's last game in charge.

RACING SANTANDER 1 OSASUNA 0

Osasuna were threatened with relegation and were grimly hanging on until four minutes from time when Mohamed Tchite crossed for Ivan Bolado to stab home the winner.

Racing secured their first UEFA Cup place with this result while Osasuna were saved by results elsewhere going their way.

REAL MALLORCA 3 REAL ZARAGOZA 2

The league's top scorer Daniel Guiza fired in his 27th of the season off a defender in the 15th minute, but Brazilian striker Ricardo Oliveira headed Zaragoza level in the second half.

Pierre Webo's header and Gonzalo Castro's late goal on a break left Zaragoza facing relegation, and a 94th-minute strike from Oliviera was unable to stop the visitors going down to the second division.

RECREATIVO HUELVA 1 VALLADOLID 1

Valladolid took the lead in this battle between relegation-threatened sides with a close-range header from Joseba Llorente in the 40th minute.

Recre peppered the visitors' goal with shots but could not find a way past Sergio Asenjo until striker Javi Guerrero bundled in the 94th.

VALENCIA 3 ATLETICO MADRID 1

Valencia tore Atletico apart in the first half with Yourkas Seitaridis turning David Villa's cross into his own net early on, and the Spain striker made it 3-0 with a goal either side of halftime.

Substitute Sergio Aguero dribbled past two defenders to pull one back for Atletico, with his 19th of the season, as both sides squandered chances in a game of no consequence.

REAL MADRID 5 LEVANTE 2

Relegated Levante were three down at halftime as the champions entertained their fans with two goals from Ruud van Nistelrooy and a header from Sergio Ramos.

Levante's Alexandre Geijo put away Laurent Courtois' cross just after the restart and following Wesley Sniejder's impressive freekick buried another Courtois cross to make it 4-2.

Spain defender Ramos added his second with a header from a corner near the end, as Real's title celebrations at the Bernabeu got off to a flying start.

DEPORTIVO CORUNA 0 VILLARREAL 2

Chilean midfielder Matias Fernandez carved an opening for himself to fire Villarreal ahead in the first half and the league's best away team secured their 12th road-win with Mexican forward Guillermo Franco's late strike.

ESPANYOL 1 ALMERIA 3

Almeria crowned an impressive season with this victory. Brazilian midfielder Felipe Melo set them on their way just before the break, and Albert Crusat finished off a slick passing move after the restart.

Espanyol striker Luis Garcia scored from the penalty spot soon after, but Veljko Paunovic headed a third for Almeria at the end.

SEVILLA 4 ATHLETIC BILBAO 1

Bilbao took a third-minute lead with Aritz Aduriz's penalty but Sevilla fought back to take the game after Mali striker Frederic Kanoute levelled before halftime.

Midfielder Seydou Keita put them ahead in the 78th, and within seven minutes Kanoute and Jesus Navas had put the game beyond the visitors.

Played Saturday:

REAL MURCIA 3 BARCELONA 5

Relegated Murcia took the lead early on when Juan Ochoa headed in from a corner, but Barca were soon level as Thierry Henry set up Samuel Eto'o for the leveller in the 23rd minute.

Three minutes later France striker Henry broke clear to put the visitors in front and soon after Eto'o raced through and laid off for Mexican teenager Giovani dos Santos to bag the third.

Giovani lobbed the fourth just after the restart and completed his hat-trick with a curling shot in the 66th. Murcia pulled two back with an Ivan Alonso penalty and an Abel Gomez free kick in the closing minutes.
