Balotelli to miss qualifier because of flu

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli will miss Italy's World Cup qualifying clash with Armenia on Friday because of influenza, the Italian Football Federation said.

Italy coach Cesare Prandelli said Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco would play alongside Pablo Osvaldo instead.
