We've teamed up with Barclays Community Sports Award to offer two lucky readers the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to Sunderland v Arsenal on February 9 2013.
The Barclays Community Sports Award, delivered in partnership between Barclays Spaces for Sports, the Premier League's Creating Chances programme and the Football Foundation, aims to highlight the great efforts being made by many in community sport.
The accolade is awarded each month with the winner receiving £1,000 for their club or organisation, a limited edition trophy and the chance to win the end of season award with a further £5,000 up for grabs.
