Top-flight titans Liverpool will be looking to avoid a potential banana skin against surprise package Oldham Athletic at Boundary Park, in a tie sure to get pulses racing in the North West. The teams met last year when, despite going ahead with a 25-yard piledriver, the Latics succumbed to a rampant Liverpool in a 5-1 defeat. This year however, Paul Dickov’s men will be hoping Boundary Park's partisan atmosphere can push them into the next round, where more footballing giants await.
