Need to know: Unproven French attacking midfielder who started out at Monaco, before spending a couple of seasons at Cannes. He then moved to Benfica, where he featured in three UEFA Youth League matches last season. Yet to debut at senior club level.
7. Jeffrey Monakana
Age: 22

Need to know: Former Arsenal winger who's played for no fewer than 10 different teams. Monakana made 10 appearances for Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen in 2014, with his latest club being Romanian relegation candidates FC Voluntari.

In-game stats:
Need to know: Austrian deep-lying playmaker who represented his country at every youth level and spent four years at Heerenveen, where he appeared in the Eredivisie for only 13 minutes. Kainz scored five goals in 87 appearances in the Austrian Bundesliga.
5. Enoch Andoh

Need to know: Injury-prone winger who was getting regular minutes for Port Vale before damaging his cruciate ligaments last season. Due to return to in-game action within three months.
4. Giliano Wijnaldum

Need to know: The brother of Liverpool star Georginio, Wijnaldum shares his sibling's offensive appetite. The full-back won the Dutch Cup with AZ Alkmaar in 2013.
3. Etzaz Hussain

Need to know: Left-footed trequartista who twice won the Norwegian league and cup under the command of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Molde. He also spent three seasons in Manchester United’s youth academy during Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign.

Need to know: Andalusian all-around attacker who can also play at left-back. The former Spanish youth international became the youngest Cordoba player to score a senior goal in March 2012 when he was just 17 years and 243 days old.

Need to know: Spain-born Uruguayan who's only ever played for English clubs at senior level. The hard-working defensive midfielder made three Premier League appearances for West Ham in 2014, but most of his experience is at Championship level - he's featured no less than 46 times in England's second tier. Has also played for Uruguay's Under-20s on seven occasions.
