Looking for a Manchester City v Atletico Madrid live stream? We've got you covered.

Atletico Madrid are aiming to take down a second Manchester club in a row when they travel to the Etihad for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Man City on Tuesday.

Diego Simeone’s men edged past Manchester United in the last 16, beating the Red Devils 1-0 in the second leg after a 1-1 draw in the Spanish capital.

City had a far more comfortable route to the quarter-finals, smashing Sporting CP 5-0 in the first leg of their last 16 clash before seeing out the tie with a 0-0 second leg draw.

Both sides head into the tie in fine form; Pep Guardiola’s side are unbeaten in seven games in all competitions, while Atleti have won their last six in a row.

The English side are unbeaten at home in the Champions League this season, with three wins and a draw, but Simeone’s men have impressed on the road by winning three of their four away games.

Kick-off is at 8pm GMT and the game is being shown live on BT Sport 2  in the UK.

Use a VPN to watch a Manchester City v Atletico Madrid live stream from outside your country

If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal stream that decides to buffer at the worst possible moment. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).

All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.

There are plenty of options out there, including:
