The Premier League title race reaches a crucial juncture on Saturday when Manchester City host Chelsea in a direct clash between the top two.
City head into the game in imperious form after an 11-match league winning run, while the visitors are unbeaten in six, but have drawn four of those games.
Pep Guardiola’s side hold a 10-point lead over the Blues at the top of the table and victory here would make a successful title defence look inevitable.
There have only been two cases in history of a club winning 11 games in a row without going on to clinch the league crown, Preston in 1891/92 and Liverpool in 2013/14.
The London club have lost eight of their last 12 trips to the Etihad, and were defeated 1-0 in their first meeting this season at Stamford Bridge in September, thanks to a Gabriel Jesus strike.
John Stones is close to a return for City and some of the seven players who were recently ruled out for Covid-19 isolation could return, but Riyad Mahrez is away at the Africa Cup of Nations with Algeria.
Chelsea are missing goalkeeper Edouard Mendy on AFCON duty, so Kepa Arrizabalaga will start, while thir injury list includes Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James and Ben Chilwell.
