So you've seen our list of the 50 best managers, but which one are you most similar to? Are you a crafty tactician, or a hair-dryer-wielding motivator of footballers?

Whether you agree or disagree with our list of the top 50 managers, there are two things that unite all of the various gaffers: they've all managed elite football clubs and they all have their own style. 

And management techniques vary, from the hairdryer treatment dished out by the likes of Fergie and Neil Warnock, to the arm around the shoulder mollycoddling of Harry Redknapp. So what's your style?
