"The club, the fans and the media know that I want to stay, even if nobody knows what can happen," the Argentina international, who has been linked in the media with Italian side Inter Milan, said at a news conference.
"Whether I stay or not does not depend on whether the team is in the Champions League," he added. "But we'll also have to see if the club needs a transfer at the end of the season."
