Blackburn bag Basturk
Blackburn Rovers have signed Turkey midfielder Yildiray Basturk from VfB Stuttgart until the end of the season, the Premier League club said on Wednesday.
The German-born 31-year-old, who played in the 2002 World Cup and has 49 caps, becomes manager Sam Allardyce's first signing in the January transfer window.
Blackburn said on their website Basturk had signed initially to the end of the season and would bring a wealth of experience to the club, who are 12th in the league.
