Chelsea v Morecambe live stream, BBC, Sunday 10 January, 1.30pm GMT

Chelsea will be looking to end their miserable run of form when they face Morecambe in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday.

It has been a difficult few weeks for Frank Lampard, who has come under pressure after overseeing a run of four defeats in Chelsea’s last six Premier League matches. That stretch has seen the Blues slip down to ninth in the table, and a shock home defeat by Morecambe this weekend would further increase the scrutiny of Lampard. You can get 1/16 on a home win with bet365, as well as up to £100 in bet credits.

The congested nature of this season’s Premier League means the outlook for Chelsea might look a great deal rosier in a few weeks’ time, but Lampard knows better than most that a failure to turn things around could cost him his job.

Morecambe currently occupy the final play-off spot in League Two despite possessing a negative goal difference. Derek Adams is the man in charge of the Shrimps these days, after long-serving boss Jim Bentley moved to AFC Fylde last term.

Morecambe head into this match in terrific form, having won each of their last four league games to shoot up the table. Adams’ side have already recorded victories in this competition in 2020/21, beating Maldon & Tiptree and Solihull Moors to set up a glamour tie at Stamford Bridge. You can get 20/1 on a Morecambe win with bet365.

Chelsea will have to make do without defensive duo Reece James and Andreas Christensen, but Lampard has no other injury concerns to deal with. Although the Chelsea boss will be tempted to shuffle his pack ahead of Friday’s clash with Fulham, he is unlikely to make wholesale changes in a bid to avoid an embarrassing defeat.

Morecambe were forced to go into isolation over the festive period but returned to training in the days leading up to this clash.

“We are fine, we are all good, except for one or two longer term injuries,” co-chairman Rod Taylor said in midweek.

Kick-off is at 1.30pm GMT and the game is being shown on BBC iPlayer and BBC Red Button in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Chelsea v Morecambe live stream from outside your country

If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Bukayo Saka assist. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).

All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.

There are plenty of options out there, including:
