Clancy, as well as Bethany Dempsey - the wife of Fulham forward Clint - appear in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit 2010 shoot, having had a portion of their country's national shirt painted on to their skin.
Also featuring in the line-up are Sarah Brandner, the girlfriend of Germany midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger and Melissa Satta - the other half of former Italian international Christian Vieri.
"It's not as glamorous as it looks. I've been stripped and sprayed in places you wouldn't imagine," said Clancy.
"The England kit has never looked better."
