Crystal Palace v West Ham United live stream, BT Sport, Tuesday 26 January, 6pm GMT

West Ham will be looking to maintain their fine recent form when they take on Crystal Palace on Tuesday.

David Moyes’ men have arguably been the surprise package of the Premier League season so far. Many fans were underwhelmed by the reappointment of the Scot in 2019 and West Ham were widely tipped to struggle this term, but going into the midweek round of fixtures they are looking up rather than down. The Hammers currently sit seventh in the standings, and victory over Palace would - at least temporarily - move them to within five points of top spot.

West Ham are not a particularly free-scoring side, with just 27 goals to their name in 19 games to date. Only Southampton, who have played 18 matches, have scored fewer goals among teams in the top half, but West Ham have shown great character and resilience to grind out wins this season. Indeed, seven of their nine triumphs have been by a single-goal margin, including recent successes against Everton, Burnley and West Brom.

Palace: 11/5
Draw: 23/10
West Ham: 11/8

Crystal Palace go into this game on the back of a run of one victory in their last eight Premier League outings. The Eagles have dropped only two places in that time and remain well clear of the relegation zone, but Roy Hodgson will want to see his side get more wins on the board as soon as possible. They performed well in a 1-1 draw with West Ham last month and will hope for a similar performance here.

Palace will have to make do without Jeff Schlupp, James Tomkins, Mamadou Sakho, Wayne Hennessey, Martin Kelly, Connor Wickham and Nathan Ferguson. On the plus side, Wilfried Zaha and Cheikhou Kouyate are expected to be fit, but new signing Jean-Philippe Mateta will not make his debut due to visa delays.

West Ham will be unable to call upon the services of Arthur Masuaku and Darren Randolph, but Fabian Balbuena is available again. Michail Antonio will lead the line after being rested against Doncaster in the weekend’s FA Cup win.

Kick-off is at 6pm GMT and the game is being shown on BT Sport 2 in the UK. See below for watching details where you are.

Use a VPN to watch a Crystal Palace v West Ham United live stream from outside your country

If you’re on holiday or just simply out of the country, your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows exactly where you are from your IP address. Your access to the game will be automatically blocked, which is annoying if you’ve paid a subscription fee and don't want to use an illegal, buffering stream that makes you miss another Jose Mourinho tantrum. And that's where we recommend ExpressVPN (more on which below).

All you need to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to get beyond such aggravations (assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs). A VPN creates a private connection between your device and the internet, meaning suppliers can’t work out where you are and what you’re doing. The info going to and from is entirely encrypted.
