Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex-girlfriend Nereida Gallardo has confirmed what many of us already suspected – the Manchester United winger is a bit vain.
This less-than-shocking revelation came just days after the Portuguese international was named the best player in the world by FourFourTwo.
“He has his initials and the number seven all over the place,” claimed 24-year-old Gallardo in an interview with the News of the World. "It’s on the doors, the coffee tables... and there are mirrors everywhere. He loves looking at himself and playing with his hair.
“He likes his body to be smooth all over and would even use hair removal cream. He'd also use tubs of moisturiser, coating every part of his body, a least twice a day.”
The model goes on to claim that Ronaldo is a coward for dumping her by text – and blames the couple's break-up on Ronaldo's mother.
“He phones her every day. I wouldn’t be surprised if his next girlfriend is chosen by his mum.”
Let down by someone who loves his mum and likes to look after himself, Gallardo (pictured, with "CR7") could be looking at seeing a promising WAG career head toward the dumper.
Perhaps if she wants to remain on the arm of a footballer she'd be better off with a someone who’s a little more ‘earthy’ and not quite as feminine. Unfortunately for her, Dirk Kuyt is married…
