Foster: Red Nev will keep Kiko grounded

Two goals in as many substitute appearances for the 17-year-old Italian have skyrocketed him into the media spotlight, with reports already suggesting the former Lazio starlet is set for a big-money, five-year contract at Old Trafford when he turns 18.

However, Foster believes that 'Kiko' is at the perfect club to ensure he stays grounded and develops into one of Europe's finest footballers, following in the footsteps of Messrs Giggs, Scholes, Beckham, Rooney and Ronaldo.

“Kiko is quite a level-headed lad but I don’t think there are too many in the dressing room that would let him get carried away with himself,” said Foster.

“Gary Neville puts his foot down on anything like that.”
