Fulham must beat Burnley at Craven Cottage on Monday to keep their slim hopes of survival alive for another week.
The Cottagers are 18th in the standings with four games to go, nine points behind Burnley above them.
That means that defeat in London would condemn Scott Parker’s side to the drop, where they would join already relegated duo West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United, but victory would cut the gap to six points.
Both sides are in poor form; Fulham are winless in six league games, losing five, while the Clarets have won one and lost four in their last five outings.
Parker has an almost fully fit squad to pick from with Harrison Reed and Tom Cairney on the way back from injury.
Burnley pair Chris Wood and Nick Pope have had fitness problems recently, but Sean Dyche is hopeful they can feature. Robbie Brady and Kevin Long miss out though.
History is on Fulham’s side, as they have won eight of their last nine home meetings with Burnley in the league.
But they are hoping to avoid setting an unwanted club record by suffering a 12th home league defeat of the season.
