Gothenburg handed Fola Esch qualifying test
Two-time winners Gothenburg were paired with Fola Esch in the draw for the first qualifying round for this year's UEFA Europa League.
The Swedish outfit, who won the competition - then named the UEFA Cup - in 1982 and 1987, come up against the side from Luxembourg in the first round of qualifying.
Awaiting the winners of the two-legged tie, to be played on July 3 and 10, will be Gyori ETO of Hungary.
Aberdeen, UEFA Cup Winners' Cup champions in 1983, have been drawn against Latvia's Daugava Riga in the first round, and will face a tricky tie against Eredivisie outfit Groningen should they progress to the second stage.
College Europa make history by becoming the first Gibraltarian side to take part in the competition, and have been paired with Liechenstein's cup winners Vaduz.
Elsewhere, Rosenborg of Norway come up against Jelgava, and Ferencvaros have been drawn to face Sliema Wanderers.
In the second round, Turkish Super Lig outfit Bursaspor will take on either Turnovo or Chikhura Sachkere, while Motherwell will go head to head with Stjarnan or Bangor City of Wales.
