I play a lot of soccer on artificial turf and find my cleats get stained by the rubber. It used to bum me out until one day a team-mate told me about the best hack.

Squish Magic Eraser Sponges. These magic erasers have powerful cleaning abilities that remove stains from cleats so easily.

People use them for stoves, bathtubs and furniture, but on cleats they are a super hack. All you need is the sponge and water.

They’re environmentally friendly too. The magic sponge is made of melamine foam – no chemicals, no irritation, it’s a harmless and non-toxic cleaning substitute.

You can even cut them to your desired shape and size which saves waste too. I use them mainly on my cleats, but they’re a great product to have around the house too and can clean just about any surface under your roof.

Seriously, buy a few packs for your locker and you won’t regret it, especially if you’re OCD about your cleats. You should be, those things are expensive!

Cleats be clean! But also, these erasers are just as effective around the house as they are in the locker room after practice or games. I have these in my sports bag at all times and I recommend you follow the hack for stainless cleats all season long.
