I've just found a soccer goal discounted by $800 at Walmart - yes, really

Amazon Prime Day is currently in full swing, but Walmart has also got in on the action with some brilliant savings of its own for the next couple of days to rival the online behemoth.

Walmart's 'The Big Save 2 Day Deals' runs on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 October, and I've been scouring the website in search of the best soccer deals. Fortunately, it's not all been in vain, either, as I've been lucky enough to find a mega $800 saving on a durable soccer goal.

The incredible discount won't last long, though, with Walmart set to put prices back to normal by Thursday. You'll have to act fast to take advantage of this saving as a result - so get shopping!

While the standard size for a soccer goal used in professional matches is 24ft by 8ft, this portable goal is actually 12ft by 6ft, making it ideal for younger players looking to hone their skills in settings more conducive to their physical levels - both strikers and goalkeepers alike.

With a sturdy steel pipe stand, sturdy seams and high-strength polyester sewing thread used throughout, the goal is built to last, too. The ability to pack it away after use will help prolong it's life as well, protecting it from the harsh elements that sometimes impact the nation.

The best thing about it, though, is that it's portable - meaning you don't have to keep it consigned to the back yard. Instead, your kids (or, let's face it, you) will be able to enjoy using it wherever you go; whether it's blasting shots into the back of the net at the park, saving goals at the soccer field or taking it on vacation, your young ones will be able to practice at all times.

Soccer players old and young rejoice, for this Costway goal has received a hefty $800 saving at Walmart. It's portability ensures you can play soccer wherever you want, too, while it's built to last for years and years.

The next Lionel Messi is pending...
