James Rodriguez is happy at Real Madrid and wants to remain in the Spanish capital, according to the midfielder's wife Daniela Ospina.
Manchester United and Chelsea have emerged as possible destinations for James, who has found regular minutes hard to come by under Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane.
James - who came off the bench and netted the equaliser in Sunday's Clasico only for Barcelona's Lionel Messi score an injury-time winner - has made 17 LaLiga appearances this season but only nine have been as a starter, adding to the 25-year-old's frustrations at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Despite the situation, James is keen to continue at the Champions League titleholders.
"James is very focused, it is a very personal decision," Ospina said via AS Diario and Marca.
"He is happy, but when he has to make the decision, he will do so.
"I cannot promise anything, but James wants to continue with Real Madrid and I love Madrid too, I am really happy in Spain and I want to stay here.

"He is super happy, always working and trying to improve himself, to do what he has to do.
"Obviously I want him to play more, to say that wouldn't be a lie."
James and Madrid are away to Deportivo La Coruna on Wednesday as they look to wrestle top spot back from bitter rivals Barca.
