Any suitors looking to sign Napoli’s breakout star Khvicha Kvarastkhelia will have to fork out around €100 million, according to the winger’s agent.

The Georgia international has hit the ground running since joining the Serie A side from Dinamo Batumi in the summer.

His performances quickly earned him the nickname ‘Kvaradona’ in reference to Napoli and Argentina legend Diego Maradona.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp applauds the fans after his side's 3-2 defeat at Arsenal.

Kvaratskhelia has been linked with Liverpool and Chelsea already, after scoring eight goals to help his new club top their Champions League group and go five points clear at the summit of the league standings.

But his agent Christian Emile says he won’t be leaving any time soon, and will come at a big cost if Napoli do eventually decide to sell.

“You know what’s crazy, he’s done what he’s been doing in Russia and Europe for the past couple of years,” agent Christian Emile told Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel.

“He’s come to Napoli, he’s been brilliant, and people are talking about €100m (£86m)

“If he continues to perform like this until the end of the season and does it again next season...because I don't see Napoli sellling him now, there’s zero chance.

"But if he does continue as he's doing now until the end of the season, and replicates the same form next season, he will reach €100m for sure.”

Kvaratskhelia has a deal until 2027 in Naples, having only joined in July in a deal worth around €10m.

The winger has been a sensation in Italy, scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists in his 17 appearances so far for Luciano Spalletti’s side.

That included an assist in a standout performance in a 4-1 hammering of Liverpool on the opening day of Champions League action.

The Reds got revenge by beating Napoli 2-0 at Anfield on Tuesday though, ending the Italian side’s 13-match winning streak.

Kvaraskhelia is valued at £31.5m by Transfermarkt.
