Valencia and United States midfielder Yunus Musah has attracted the attention of three Premier League giants after impressive World Cup 2022 form, say reports.

The 20-year-old helped the USA reach the last 16 in Qatar, where they were eliminated by the Netherlands.

His energetic displays in midfield caught the eye of Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea, according to 90Min.

Musah came through the youth ranks at Arsenal and represented England at youth level from Under-15s to Under-18s, before switching to the States.

Chelsea and Liverpool have contacted his representatives to register interest, while the Gunners are said to have been following his progress closely since he left for Valencia in 2019.

However, the La Liga side want to hand the American a new deal; his current contract runs until 2026 and includes a release clause of €100m.

Musah has made 11 appearances for Valencia this season and is valued at €20m by Transfermarkt.

He started every game for Gregg Berhalter’s side in Qatar, as they went unbeaten in Group B to finish second behind England.

Draws against Wales and England and a 1-0 win over Iran secured the USA’s progress to the knockout stages, but they were comfortably beaten 3-1 by the Oranje.
