Maluleka shares his thoughts on Sundowns' new signings
Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder George Maluleka feels the club’s new signings will give them a better chance to be able to compete at the highest level.
The Brazilians completed the signings of their new players ahead of the 2021-22 DStv Premiership campaign.
Sundowns roped in four new players, including the likes of Neo Maema, Pavol Safranko, Grant Kekana and Divine Lunga.
Maluleka is now excited for the new season to get underway and is looking forward to helping the club reach their goals with the new additions to the squad.
“It’s always important to have a good pre-season so you set yourself the foundation and build from there to start the season,” Maluleka told his club’s official website.
“I love pre-season to be honest, I can’t single out any part [that I do not like]. It helps me build my stamina and ability to compete and help the team succeed in our goals.
“The guys are great players and I’m excited for the season ahead. We have goals as Mamelodi Sundowns and with the new additions it gives us a better chance of being able to compete at the highest level.”
