Manchester City to give inquest statement on support offered to ex-youth player

Manchester City will be asked to provide a statement for the inquest of former youth-team player Jeremy Wisten about the support it offered him, a coroner has said.

Wisten, who turned 18 on October 9, was found hanged in his room at the family home in Wythenshawe, Manchester, on October 24, an inquest opening at Manchester Coroner’s Court on Tuesday heard.
