Wayne Rooney’s illustrious career will take a new turn when the 33-year-old DC United striker returns to English football with Derby as a player-coach.

Rooney’s journey in the game has taken him from teenage prodigy at Everton to multiple trophy-winner at Manchester United and England’s record goalscorer.
