Wales full-back Neco Williams substituted with 'suspected concussion' vs England
Wales full-back Neco Williams was substituted in his side's World Cup clash against England with 'suspected concussion'

Wales full-back Neco Willams has been substituted with 'suspected concussion' after taking a blow to the head from a Marcus Rashford shot in his side's World Cup game against England on Tuesday.
Williams threw himself in front of a long-range effort from Rashford after 24 minutes and went down straight away.
The referee immediately stopped the game and the Nottingham Forest player carried on after treatment from Wales' medical staff, but he went down again after 33 minutes.
It was then decided that he could not carry on and he was replaced by Burnley defender Connor Roberts with 36 minutes played.
As he left the field, it was announced that Williams had been substituted with 'suspected concussion', which means each team is therefore allowed to make an additional change.
There were no other substitutions in the first half, which ended goalless.
During BBC's coverage at the break, former England striker Alan Shearer called for temporary substitutions in such situations, allowing for players to return later in the game if they are not badly hurt.
