World Cup 2022: When is England's next game?
England's next game at World Cup 2022 comes against France in the quarter-finals

World Cup 2022 continues with England's next game coming against France, as Gareth Southgate leads his team to a third successive knockout stage as manager.
The current World Cup holders face England having disposed of Poland in a 3-1 win to set up the quarter-final, with the Three Lions booking their slot later that evening. There doesn't seem to be a clear favourite either, with both sides having impressed in their four matches so far. England are the top scorers of the tournament – and have had eight separate scorers – while Kylian Mbappe is the top scorer of the entire competition for Les Bleus.
Unlike in previous years, however, there isn't the worry of booking flights and getting to the opposite side of the host country for the England fans following their side through the tournament. Given that every game is taking place in close proximity to Qatar's capital city, Doha, there aren't as many logistical questions to answer.
When is England's next game at World Cup 2022?
England will take on France at 7pm on December 10 2022.
The game will be held at Al Bayt Stadium, situated in the city of Al Khor, 35km north of Doha. Not too far to travel for the fans – and 60,000 of them fit in the ground.
The stadium has held a fair few big games thus far as well. The opening fixture of the tournament, host Qatar's 2-0 loss to Ecuador was played at Al Bayt, as was Spain's 1-1 draw with Germany and England's goalless draw with the United States. One of the quarter-finals and one of the semi-finals will be held there, too.
