Henderson sidelined for Liverpool’s clash with West Ham

Liverpool will be without club captain Jordan Henderson for Monday night’s Premier League match against West Ham.

Henderson suffered a hamstring injury late in Tuesday’s 1-0 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid, and is expected to be sidelined for three weeks.

Xherdan Shaqiri is the only other absentee, with the playmaker not yet ready to return to training following a calf problem.

West Ham defender Ryan Fredericks misses out with a shoulder injury.

The full-back damaged ligaments against Manchester City and could be facing a long lay-off.

Jack Wilshere (groin) and Andriy Yarmolenko (thigh) are still unavailable.

Liverpool squad: Alisson, Adrian, Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Gomez, Matip, Robertson, Milner, Keita, Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Firmino, Mane, Lallana, Origi, Minamino.

West Ham provisional squad: Fabianski, Zabaleta, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Masuaku, Rice, Noble, Soucek, Anderson, Antonio, Randolph, Balbuena, Ngakia, Snodgrass, Fornals, Lanzini, Bowen, Haller.
